Ezra Miller is in trouble… again. The Flash actor was accused of stealing alcohol from a Vermont home and is now facing felony burglary charges.

Miller reportedly stole the bottles on May 1. On Sunday, Vermont State Police issued them a citation to appear at a September 26 arraignment.

The police made a statement about the reported incident on Monday. “As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.”

This alleged burglary is just the latest in a string of legal problems for Miller that date back to 2020. The actor, who uses they/them pronouns, has already been involved in several scandals this year alone. Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment at a Hawaii karaoke bar in March. Just one month later, Miller appeared to choke a female fan in a viral video. In June, The Perks of Being a Wallflower star reportedly flashed a gun at a minor and was also accused of grooming another minor.

Despite loads of controversy surrounding Miller’s previous alleged scandals, Warner Bros. Discovery hasn’t yet addressed the issue publicly. However, there have apparently been “emergency meetings” to discuss strategy, and whether or not to work with the actor in the future.

CEO David Zaslav said recently, “We have seen The Flash, Black Adam and Shazam 2. We are very excited about them. We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better.” The $100 million movie, The Flash, will be released a year from now.

As of now, Miller is still set to star in the film. However, it’s unlikely that Warner Bros. will be able to turn a blind eye to the actor’s increasingly problematic image much longer. Especially given this latest report, Warner Bros. will likely “pause on any future projects involving Miller.”
