Actor Ezra Miller was arrested Sunday night at a karaoke bar in Hawaii. Authorities say Miller became agitated and yelled obscenities at patrons singing the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper duet from A Star Is Born, “Shallow,” and was later arrested and charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.

The incident took place at the bar Margarita Village in Hilo, a small town on Hawaii’s big island. According to a police statement, Miller’s charges stemmed from when they snatched the microphone from a woman mid-song, and briefly “lunged” at another man who was playing darts. They were eventually arrested around midnight after continuously refusing requests to calm down by the bar’s owner.

According to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho, Miller has been the subject of 10 other minor police complaints since March 7. It’s now been revealed that Miller also relied on a couple who has been housing the actor to pay their $500 bail and then allegedly threatened and stole from the couple after returning.

The couple requested a temporary restraining order against Miller Tuesday, claiming that on Monday, Miller broke into their bedroom and said to the couple, “I will bury you and your slut wife.” The document has also accused Miller of stealing their belongings, including wallets, a passport and a social security card.

Miller has not responded to their Sunday arrest or this new accusation publicly, and it’s unclear whether they are still in Hawaii or not. Miller is best known for playing Barry Allen/The Flash in the DC Extended Universe. They will also be reprising their role as Credence Barebone in the upcoming Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
