'Tan Mom' Patricia Krentcil Reportedly Admitted To Detox Facility

Patricia Krentcil, known as “Tan Mom,” was admitted to a detox facility Thursday according to E! News.

Months after releasing a rap single and photos of her sexy bikini photo shoot, Krentcil was allegedly intoxicated while at a Minneapolis airport. After receiving a call about an intoxicated passenger, police caught up with Krentcil, determined she could not take care of herself and transported her to a detox facility.

The facility could have held Krentcil for as long as 30 hours, though no report has been released confirming how long she stayed in detox.

Krentcil became publicly known as Tan Mom after she was accused of child endangerment in April 2012 for allegedly taking her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning both. The case has since been dismissed with all charges dropped.
