RECAP: Birthdays And Body Shots On 'Real Housewives Of New Jersey'
It was all parties, body shots and backtracking on Sunday night's Real Housewives of New Jersey, which saw vastly different birthday parties for both Antonia and Greg, the introduction of a new love in Rosie's life, and Teresa Giudice do an about-face by deciding she doesn't need therapy to repair her rocky relationship with her brother, Joe Gorga.
To begin with, Teresa decided that the world of sibling therapy just wasn't for her and Joe, partly because she already had all the insights she needed about their relationship, and partly because she thought the therapist didn't like her, reports the New York Daily News. Interesting assessment.
The party for six-year-old Antonia was all frills and pinkness — just an excuse for Melissa and Joe to create a spectacle, but the party for the decidedly more adult Greg was … decidedly more adult, taking place at a gay bar and culminating in Greg doing a body shot off of Joe. "Greg goes for juiced-up Italian guys," Chris revealed of his friend. "Greg goes for Joe Gorgas."
In the meantime, Albie introduced his new girlfriend, Lindsey, an NFL cheerleader, to his mom and his sister, Caroline and Lauren, oh-so-smoothly revealing that "Lauren is the one you have to get through."
There were slightly less uncomfortable vibes between Rosie and her new lady, Brianne, even though Kathy's husband, Richie, decided to tap into his wit. "I approve of lesbians," he said, after falling just short of hitting on Brianne. "Especially because they go after the same thing I do." Wait for the wisdom to wash over you.
Tune in to The Real Housewives of New Jersey Sunday nights on Bravo.
