Meghan Trainor recently admitted to regretting her experiences with Botox and filler. The 30-year-old singer confessed during an episode of her Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor podcast, “I got too much Botox and I need help, I messed up. I’ve had Botox, like, a handful of times … just my forehead.”

Trainor also revealed she had filler on her upper lip, a procedure she regrets. “Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip,” she said. “And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true.”

“I cannot smile anymore,” she continued, demonstrating her limited smile to the camera.

Her brother and co-host, Ryan Trainor, recalled telling her during a Home Goods visit, “Bro, you can’t smile,” adding, “My inside thoughts became my outside thoughts.”

“And now, I can’t unsee it,” Meghan responded. “Everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.”

Showing a recent photo of herself holding a dog at a shelter, Meghan said, “I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart … somebody help me!”

“I was like, ‘This is young.’ People gave me compliments [saying] ‘You look rested.’ So I was like, ‘I’m going to do it again.’ I just got back from tour.”

The “Lips Are Movin” singer concluded with the lesson she’s learned: “Don’t try everything.”

Later in the podcast, Trainor announced her plans to undergo a breast augmentation after having two sons, Riley, 3, and Barry, 1, with her husband, Daryl Sabara.

“My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty and then full of milk and now they’re empty,” she said, explaining her decision. “They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small.”
