Kiefer Sutherland Investigated

New York police are investigating charges by Jack McCollough, of the design team Proenza Schouler, that 24 star Kiefer Sutherland head-butted him at the SoHo House club after the MET's elite Costume Insitute Ball on Tuesday night. Reports claim that McCollough accidentally knocked Brooke Shields over and Sutherland demanded that McCollough apologize. When he refused, a fight ensued. (Photo: WENN)
