Donald Trump‘s former top aide, Hope Hicks, is engaged to Jim Donovan, who is the Vice Chairman of Global Client Coverage at Goldman Sachs.

Hicks and Donovan first started dating in 2019 and got engaged a few months ago in Italy. The engagement was celebrated at a private members club inside the GM building. Friends also hosted a dinner for them at Casa Cruz.

This will be Hick’s first marriage, whereas Donovan already has four children with his ex-wife.

Last week, Hicks cried on the witness stand during the hush money trial go her former boss in Manhattan. She testified that Trump knew about payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels

Donovan joined Goldman Sachs in 1993 and was made a partner in 2000. He also served on the board of the Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund from 2002 to 2006. Like his fiancée, he has ties to the Trump administration, serving on his Intelligence Advisory Board. Donovan teaches classes at the University of Virginia.

Hicks is currently building her own corporate consulting firm, jetting between New York and Washington D.C.
