Justin Bieber and his entourage allegedly smoked marijuana on a chartered jet over Super Bowl weekend, which forced the pilots to wear oxygen masks to avoid getting a contact high.

Justin Bieber's 'Pot Plane'

Bieber and his company apparently ignored the pilot’s directives for them to stop smoking the drug. The smoke became so pervasive throughout the aircraft that the pilots had no choice but to don the masks. If they achieved a contact high, their pilot licenses would have been in jeopardy.

"The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana," read a police report, according to NBC News.

"The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse."

Jeremy Bieber Aboard Son's Chartered Plane

The group, which included Bieber’s father Jeremy Bieber, was also "extremely abusive verbally” towards a flight attendant who said “she would not work another flight with them."

When the chartered plane arrived at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey last Friday, it was met by police, DEA agents and Customs and Border Protection agents. Although the law enforcement officials could detect the scent of marijuana, they could not locate the actual drug on board. Plastic bags that had likely contained the drug were found, but were without any damning evidence.

Bieber Admitted Smoking Pot, Drinking

Questioned separately from his entourage, Bieber admitted to smoking marijuana onboard the plane and consuming alcohol, but claimed to not have any of the drug left. Furthermore, the bags found on the plane couldn’t be linked specifically to any of the members of Bieber’s party, including the pop star himself, sources told NBC.

No charges were filed against Bieber or anyone else who had ridden on the plane with him, and they were allowed to continue on their way.

The “pot plane” incident is the latest encounter that Bieber has had with law enforcement. On Jan. 23, Bieber was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in Miami Beach and will have to face those charges on March 3. A week later, the “Beauty and a Beat” singer turned himself in on assault charges from a December 2013 incident in Toronto. He’ll face those charges on March 10. The singer may also face felony vandalism charges for the Jan. 9 egging of his neighbor’s house in Calabasas, Calif.
