Country singer Jana Kramer separated from her third husband late in August, former Bills tight end Mike Caussin.

CUASSIN APOLOGIZES TO KRAMER

Cuassin entered rehab for undisclosed reasons at the same time, though Kramer has recently come out and said Caussin cheated on her. “Mike was the biggest of the betrayals because it was the first time in a relationship where I truly loved the version of me,” Kramer said it a statement to People. “I didn’t feel I had to prove that I was good enough, I was vulnerable and finally at peace with myself. But I was fooled.”

“I acknowledge that certain actions and behaviors have caused issues in my marriage and I am deeply sorry for the pain I have caused Jana,” Caussin apologized. “I have and will continue to take the steps needed to change who I am as a person in order to be a better husband and father.”

The couple had a baby girl, Jolie Rae Caussin, in February this year.

This news comes just days after Kramer also revealed that her first husband, Michael Gambino, tried to kill her when they were married. Kramer married Gambino when she was just 19 years old, and he 36. Gambino allegedly choked her until she was unconscious and left her in 2005. “[He would] come home at 3 o’clock in the morning and pick me up out of bed, throw me on the ground and start yelling and hitting,” Kramer told People. “Then the next morning he’d be like, ‘Hey baby,’ as if nothing had happened.”

Gambino was later convicted of attempted murder and imprisoned for six years. He was released in 2010 and killed himself in 2012.

“I’m so embarrassed and no one will love me because of my past, but I’m ready to put it out there now,” Kramer said in the interview. “If I can help one person, I’ll be thankful for what happened — and I can move forward.”
