Jacob Tremblay Meets ‘Star Wars’ Daisy Ridley At Oscars 2016

Jacob Tremblay, the 9-year old star of Room, was the most adorable part of this year’s Oscars ceremony. Tremblay was able to meet several of his favorite Star Wars including Daisy Ridley.

Tremblay made sure to dress the part when arriving at the Oscars with his tuxedo and, of course, his Star Wars socks adding his own simple touch.

Tremblay, a professed Star Wars fan, was able to capture the moment when he met Rey, played by Daisy Ridley. The young star shared a photo on Instagram after the Oscars ceremony, “Met #Rey, she is awesome, but [Daisy Ridley] is even cooler,” he wrote.

Ridley, for her part, said the best part of her weekend was meeting the young actor. Tremblay kept the Oscars’ audience cracking up, presenting an award while standing on a wooden box to reach the mic to thanking Chris Rock for hosting.
