Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman made a glamorous appearance at the 2025 New York Film Critics Circle Awards, held at TAO Downtown in New York City on Jan. 8. The elegant couple served up their signature sophistication and charm at the ceremony to celebrate the finest achievements in cinema.

Brody, who won an Academy Award for his portrayal in The Pianist, wore a sleek black suit highlighting his timeless style. Chapman, the co-founder and creative force behind the luxury fashion house Marchesa, stunned in one of her designs. Her gown featured intricate embroidery and a dramatic silhouette, exemplifying the brand’s signature elegance.

The couple’s relationship has been closely followed since they first confirmed their romance in 2020, marking a new chapter for Chapman following her highly publicized divorce from Harvey Weinstein in 2017. Often seen together at red-carpet events and charity galas, Brody and Chapman have established themselves as icons of Hollywood.

The New York Film Critics Circle Awards are widely regarded as a forerunner for the Oscars, drawing attention from both filmmakers and fans.

At the Golden Globes on Sunday, Brody won Best Male Actor in A Drama Film for The Brutalist.

Meanwhile, Chapman continues to expand the Marchesa brand, securing her reputation as a visionary in the fashion industry. At the start of 2025, the designer unveiled her highly anticipated spring collection, which showcased an impressive range of bold colors, intricate embellishments and romantic textures. From ethereal gowns adorned with delicate lace to striking pieces featuring dramatic ruffles and floral patterns, the collection embodied the brand’s timeless elegance while embracing modern trends. The show received rave reviews from critics, with many applauding Chapman’s ability to balance innovation with her brand’s signature aesthetic.
