Halsey Suffers Asthma Attack During Bottlerock Set

Despite her lungs giving out, Halsey was determined to give fans in unforgettable set at the BottleRock Music Festival even though she was having an asthma attack.

The singer mid-performance at the California festival began to experience exercise-induced asthma, which ultimately led to her to be treated by medics after her set. She explained on Twitter what had happened and blamed it on her lack of physical fitness.

One festival goer was not as pleased with her performance, and accused her of lip syncing and “bombing her performance.” She quickly responded stating that she was not lip syncing and brought in a crowd of 40,000 people.

Despite the asthma, Halsey had fun performing and hanging out at the Napa Valley festival.

Halsey is currently on her world tour with opening act PARTYNEXTDOOR, and is in her North American leg with 18 more stops in the U.S. After, she will be heading to Asia and the United Kingdom.
