Grimes Hospitalized After ‘Saturday Night Live’ Hosted By Husband Elon Musk

Claire Elise Boucher, known as Grimes, was hospitalized on Saturday after guest-starring on Saturday Night Live alongside her husband Elon Musk and Miley Cyrus.

On an Instagram post, Grimes said she had a panic attack and that the experience was “quite scary.” She added that “it’s a good time to start therapy.”

During an interview in 2012, Grimes said she suffered from social anxiety before getting into the music industry, though she has also dealt with stage fright while performing.

“Since I’ve started making music, it’s the first time in my life that I’ve been a happy person,” she said. Even though being a musician has been helpful for her anxiety, Grimes said that her first live performances were challenging.

“I’d be crying after every show,” she explained.
