Grey's Ellen Pompeo Pregnant

Ellen Pompeo, 39, star of ABC's Grey's Anatomy, is pregnant with her first child with her husband Chris Ivery, 41.

Pompeo's character Meredith recently got engaged to Derek (played Patrick Dempsey) on the hit series. Things will be busy on the Greys' set: her costar Chyler Leigh is also expecting her third child in May. (Photo: WENN)
