Emily Blunt And John Krasinski Put Hollywood Hills Home On The Market For $8 Million

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski have put their Hollywood Hills West home up for sale for $8 million.

Blunt and Krasinki, who bought the property back in 2009 for $1.86 million, listed the home for more than $6 million more than what they paid for it after making a number of renovations. The contemporary home, which measures about 4,700 square feet, has six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a media room, an office and a wet bar, according to the Los Angeles Times.

On the third floor, which the couple added a few years ago, the house has a sliding glass door that opens to a rooftop patio that features a dining area and fireplace. Down below, the property has a swimming pool.

The Midcentury home, which is being listed by Caherine Marcus of Sotheby’s International Realty, has brick accents and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in ample light.

Blunt and Krasinski are selling the property because they have made the decision to make their home base on the East Coast, a spokesperson for the couple told the Wall Street Journal. They’ve also recently listed their property in Ojai, Calif. While Blunt hails from England, Krasinski was born in raised in the Boston, Mass., suburb of Newton.

Blunt and Krasinski wed in 2010 and welcomed daughter Hazel in 2014.
