Dan Bilzerian Insists Innocents Following Arrest, Lawsuits Filed For Assault
Dan Bilzerian has denied any wrongdoing after being arrested at LAX and being hit with two separate lawsuits from two women claiming abusive behavior.
Dan Bilzerian Arrested At LAX
Bilzerian, who is know as ‘Most Interesting Man On Instagram,’ ‘Instagram’s Biggest Playboy’ and ‘King of Instagram,’ is currently experiencing a wave of legal woes following his arrest on Dec. 12.
Bilzerian was arrested at LAX on an arrest warrant issued in Nevada. According to the warrant, Bilzerian, known for his penchant for guns and naked women, was in possession of ammonium and aluminum powder and ammonium nitrate, ingredients for making a bomb. Bilzerian spent a few days in jail before he was released on bail.
Dan Bilzerian Sued By Model
Prior to his arrest, a Miami model, Vanessa Castano, sued Bilzerian, claiming he purposefully kicked her in the face at LIV nightclub. “Bilzerian was on an elevated dancing platform and violently and intentionally kicked plaintiff in the face while wearing what resembled military boots,” reads the lawsuit. The incident was actually captured on video and published on TMZ.
According to the gossip website, Bilzerian was kicked out of the club after kicking the woman in the face and has been banned from ever returning.
Bilzerian Denies Wrongdoing
For the first time since his legal troubles, Bilzerian spoke to the press, dismissing the reports, saying, “The allegations being made about me are absolutely false. I look forward to shedding light on what happened through proper channels.”
Bilzerian’s friends also came to his defense. “He has never condoned any sort of violence towards women. That’s just not what he’s about. Sure, he has sexual relationship swith women, but he is all about respecting women. The entire thing seems very, very suspect. I think that because of Dan’s public lifestyle, he’s a target for this type of thing,” one source told People.

Porn Star Sues Dan Bilzerian
Porn star Janice Griffith has also filed a lawsuit against Bilzerian and Hustler magazine regarding an incident that took place in April, 2014, during which Bilzerian threw Griffith off the roof of a Hollywood mansion and into the pool below. Griffith barely made it into the water, but broke her foot in the process. According to the suit, Hustler and Bilzerian hired Griffith to participate in a photoshoot showcasing Bilzerian’s millionaire playboy lifestyle. Griffith claims that being thrown off the roof was their idea and that both the magazine and Bilzerian had assured her it would be completely safe.
At the time of the incident, Griffith hinted at a potential lawsuit, and Bilzerian’s lawyers sent her a scathing letter, instructing her not to take legal action. “If she sues, the complaint will be sanctionably frivolous. Your client should just box up almost every last bit of her property (please exclude all videos and photographs, as well as the seemingly inevitable small yappy dog) and drop it off with you in safe-keeping for Mr. Bilzerian. After he receives the judgment in his favor, he will have it all delivered to him. Then he will probably blow it up with a mortar in the desert,” reads the letter.
Bilzerian has not yet commented on the new suit against him, but he did say that he would remain silent on his legal troubles until they are resolved. “I’ll have nothing else to say about the matter until it’s complete,” he told People.
