Gwyneth Paltrow has shared that her daughter “went to college in the fall.”

The transition was extremely hard on the Iron Man actress.

“I was sick to my stomach, bursting into tears,” she shared in a social media post.

Paltrow said she feels more relieved after visiting Apple and seeing her for Halloween.

“I see her, but not as much as I’d like. I’d like to see her every day, but I’m so happy for her. She’s doing great.”

Her other child, Moses, 16, also has received praise from his actress mother.

“My son is growing up every minute. He’s taller than me. But I’m very grateful for the transitions. Especially as a mother, I’ve really cherished every chapter of their lives,” she said.

Apple turned 18 earlier in the year, and Paltrow has shared her pride over not only her daughter but also her son as he turned 16.

While her kids have been off doing their own things, Paltrow has been working hard on her health.

Back in January, the actress joined the brand Copper Fit and spoke at a Feel-the-Fit event in California.

She touched on multiple subjects including her pride as a mother and her personal quest for health and balance.

“I have a mantra I insert into those reckless thoughts that try to derail me: I accept. I accept the marks and the loosening skin, the wrinkles. I accept my body and let go of the need to be perfect, look perfect, defy gravity, defy logic, defy humanity. I accept my humanity,” Paltrow said.
