Armie Hammer Shows Off His Pre-Oscars Beauty Routine [VIDEO]

Armie Hammer took to Instagram to show his fans how he’s getting ready for the Oscars on Sunday.

He first posted a video of himself getting a fascia scraping treatment on his chest yesterday, during which he had his chest scraped.

According to Above And Beyond Therapy, scraping therapy “serves to reduce soft tissue muscle restrictions.” Scraping therapy is said to reduce pain, swelling and adhesions as well as increase range of motion.

Hammer later posted a video of himself during a hair appointment at the Lea Journo Salon. The video showed his hairstylist cutting his hair and chatting with him.

“Oscar prep continues,” he said at the end of the video.

Earlier today, he posted a third video of himself — this time at the Carasoin Day Spa — getting a facial with a purple light.

Fans were amused by Hammer’s pre-Oscars beauty routine, and his videos each had hundreds, if not thousands, of comments.

“KING OF PAMPERING HIMSELF EVERY DAY,” one user wrote.

Other users simply didn’t understand Hammer’s preparations.

“I don’t know what any of this is. I’m so lost,” another commented.
