Amid rumors of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s alleged cheating scandal, his wife, Cheryl Hines, has revealed that she is releasing a new book to address the rumors.

Several weeks after the disclosure of Kennedy’s racy texting scandal with political reporter Olivia Nuzzi, Hines has addressed how the gossip has impacted their marriage.

“Lots of emotions with rumors!” the actress said at the Groundlings 50th Anniversary Event in Los Angeles. “But, it will all be in my book. I’m writing a book. I’ve been taking notes — serious notes!”

In light of the drama surrounding her marriage, Hines noted that she is prioritizing her family at this time.

“They’re fun. I mean, if I had a boring family, it would be tough,” she said. “And I think just trying to embrace the unknown and instead of fighting against it, sort of trying to embrace it and just say yes to whatever comes your way.”

Hines, who has been married to Kennedy for over a decade, said that while persevering through public turmoil, “There’s a connection that you look at your husband or your partner and all the crazy going on around you look, and you check in, and it’s like, ‘OK. It’s going to be OK. We’re going to move through this moment.'”

She continued, “And, you know, a lot of times it’s funny, and you can lean over and say, ‘This is crazy balls,’ and have a moment together and then hold your head up high and go to the next thing.”

Nuzzi, on the other hand, admitted to having a “non-physical” relationship with Kennedy after he reportedly told people about the intimate photos she shared with him.

The scandal led to her suspension as a reporter for New York Magazine, and a breakup with her husband, Politico writer Ryan Lizza, soon ensued. Lizza said in a court filing that Kennedy told his wife that he wanted to “possess her” in text messages.

Despite the circulating rumors, Hines has continued to put up a united front with Kennedy.
