He's been gradually dancing his way to the top of the Dancing with the Stars leaderboard all during season 14, but on Monday night's DWTS installment, Cuban actor William Levy, 31, fox-trotted right into a perfect 30/30 score with his partner, Cheryl Burke, leaving fellow contestants Roshon Fegan, Maria Menounos, Donald Driver, Melissa Gilbert, and Katherine Jenkins not too far behind, with scores that ranged between 26 and 29 — with, surprisingly, the formerly favored Jenkins coming in at the bottom of the scoreboard.

"All I can say is, meow, meow meow," said judge Carrie Ann Inaba after Levy's foxtrot. "That was like super hot sexy pink panther. Your moves are exquisite." Bruno Tonioli was in agreement. "Great character," Tonioli said. Even the normally reserved Len Goodman complimented Levy and Burke with the unambiguous, "I like it!"

Levy couldn't believe his luck. "That was amazing," he later said about receiving a score of ten from each of the judges. "Oh my God, I have to see that again!" At the end of the day, however, Levy also acknowledges that it's not all about him. "Cheryl has been such a great partner," Levy said. "Thank you for putting me through this," he told her.

See who gets eliminated on Tuesday night's Dancing with the Stars on ABC at 9 p.m. EST.

"super hot sexy pink panther" seems like a fairly unintelligible, bizarre way to describe a dance/dancer… but after watching Levy's performance, it's obvious that is EXACTLY it. Menounos has nothing on him.
