Stars of the TLC reality series The Little Couple, Dr. Jennifer Arnold and husband Bill Klein, met their adopted daughter Zoey on Monday in India.

The couple announced the adoption in May and previously adopted 3-year-old son, William, from China in March.

“We are thrilled to announce that we’ve picked up our beautiful daughter, Zoey, from India today. Our hearts have grown in the past six months as new parents to William and we are excited and overjoyed to welcome Zoey to our family and watch Will become a loving big brother,” the couple released in a statement.

Dr. Arnold and Klein have been married for five years and struggled with fertility problems before turning to adoption. Arnold and Klein both have a form of dwarfism (both their adoptive children have the same condition), and doctors told Arnold that a pregnancy could be fatal. After two surrogate miscarriages, the reality couple decided to go with adoption and soon found themselves in China picking up their new son.

“We sat down on the floor and played a game. I was just lost in him after that,” Klein said of meeting Will.

According to reports, Zoey’s adoption was a bit turbulent, with the couple unsure at times if they would really be able to make her a part of their family. But, the growing family will return home from India with Zoey in tow within the next few weeks.

Their adoption journey is chronicled on their reality show, The Little Couple, airing Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on TLC.
