‘Ungodly Hour’ By Chloe x Halle Album Review: Crafted For Heaven Itself

Chloe x Halle have given us their second album Ungodly Hour – and we’re all still in shock. 

The duo, who are highly touted by music icons like Beyonce, are making their return to music with a new sound and attitude, illustrating to their fans their limitless talent. 

The beginning of the album offers harmonies that highlight their musicality. It continues on with the album’s leading tracks “Forgive Me” and “Do It.” Tracks such as “Baby Girl,” “Catch Up” featuring Swae Lee and “Ungodly Hour” are empowering and uplifting songs. Ultimately, the whole album sounds like it was crafted from heaven itself. 

Chloe x Halle participated in the 2020 BET Awards that featured virtual live performances. The duo performed two of their songs and even included an iconic dance battle. The pair are now receiving the star power and spotlight that they rightfully deserve.
