Singer Wynonna Judd‘s daughter, Grace Kelley, believes her mom blocked her phone number after Kelley was arrested for indecent exposure.

Kelley, 27, was spotted on the side of a busy highway in Millbrook, Alabama, holding a sign that read, “Ride for a ride.” According to police chief P.K. Johnson, Kelley was flashing her body parts, leading to police arresting her for indecent exposure.

Kelley claims that she was fully clothed and wore a t-shirt and skirt. When police approached her, Kelley said she gave them all the necessary information. As Kelley walked away from the scene, police allegedly told Kelley to “get on her knees.”

Kelley was initially arrested for obstruction of governmental operation and indecent exposure before a soliciting prostitution charge was added on. According to officers, Kelley had also entered a Circle K on the same day, claiming she was robbed and “caused a disturbance with some of the customers.”

During the arrest, Chief Johnson said, “[Kelley] was argumentative and refused to cooperate in any way with officers who attempted to ID her and find out if there were any outstanding warrants. She was belligerent and argumentative.”

After the arrest, Kelley said she was held in a dark padded room for three days, strapped to a chair.

“My wrists are scabbed over from the restraint chair because they did it so tight on me because I was basically cussing all of them, telling them to go to hell because they had no reason to arrest me,” she said.

While in custody, Kelley said no one from her family contacted her, including her mother, whom she tried to call multiple times. Kelley is the daughter of Judd and Judd’s ex-husband, Arch Kelley III and the niece of actress Ashley Judd.

Kelley has a history of running into legal trouble. In 2018, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating the terms of her probation after Kelley was arrested for possession of meth.
