Warner Bros. is reportedly unlikely to keep Ezra Miller in future DC movies as the Flash.
With Miller’s growing legal problems, the company indicated that the studio won’t likely keep Miller in the Flash role in future DC films.
Warner Bros. CEO David Zaslav and his team face a crisis withe the first movie. With the new Flash movie set to release on June 23, 2023, Zaslav is on edge as allegations mount against Miller.
Currently, Miller is accused of physical assault and brainwashing, along with a list of other similar crimes.
A court has also issued a harassment-prevention order against Miller recently at the request of a victim’s parent.
There are plans for cutting a promotional tour with Miller and removing advertising for the film as well.
Recently, Miller’s Instagram account was deleted as allegations mount.
This is not the first time Warner Bros. has distanced itself from a troubled actor. As abuse allegations against Johnny Depp were gaining steam, they replaced Depp with Mads Mikkelsen in the Fantastic Beasts film series
