Taylor Swift says that Kanye West hasn't called to apologize for interrupting her acceptance speech on MTV's Video Music Awards Sunday. "I think my overall thought process was something like, 'Wow I can't believe I won," Swift said on The View Tuesday. "Kanye West is here, cool haircut, what are you doing there?
