Faith Hill, 44, celebrated her homecoming to the CMA Awards on Wednesday night, where she hasn't performed in the past five years, with a new single called "Come Home."

Hill won her last CMA Award in 2000, when she took away the Female Vocalist of the Year trophy. Fans showed Hill that she was sorely missed during her hiatus by giving her a standing ovation after her soulful number. Hill bowed and smiled in response. Also in the audience was hubby Tim McGraw, whom Hill recently said "inspires me every day in many, many ways," according to People.

Hill's "Come Home" single, which dropped on Wednesday, can also be found on the upcoming album she plans to release early next year. Her most recent record, a Christmas album, came out in 2008.
