Tom Brady Bonds With His Kids Jack & Vivian In Africa, Says Life Is About ‘Relationships’ & ‘Memories’

Tom Brady took some time off to spend some quality time in Africa with two of his children, Jack, 15, and Vivian, 10.

He documented their family bonding on Instagram, which included a carousel of photos showing his kids interacting with and watching animals. Lions, goats, zebras and elephants were all spotted during their safari adventure.

As a testament to what an “incredible trip” he had with his kids, Brady wrote out a lengthy caption under his Instagram post.

“It was another special reminder that life is TRULY about relationships and memories,” Brady wrote.

The former NFL quarterback had just celebrated his birthday last week and said that he “had much time to reflect and be grateful for all the incredible blessings.”

“I couldn’t imagine growing up as a boy in San Mateo that my life would become what it has,” he continued. “I’ve experienced quite a bit in the first 45 years I have lived, and what I have loved most is the people who I have shared the most life-changing events with…my children, my family, my loved ones and friends and all of you have added so much to this incredible/adventurous life.”

“To wake up to sunrises and untouched parts of our beautiful planet, to witness these animals in all their glory, to see how different people can live with true joy and happiness continues to bring me great lessons in learning,” Brady wrote.

He then shared that he “loves quotes” and had “two in [his] mind to begin [his] next chapter” of his life with: “The life you lead, is the lesson you teach” and “If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I?”

“I’ve had them in my mind for some time, and I will continue to bring them with e on this journey of life,” he continued before ending his caption by thanking all for “love and support these first 45 years.”

“I am taking these next days one at a time, focusing on being my best self for me, and others, and living a life of integrity and purpose,” Brady concluded.

Supermodel ex-wife Giselle Bündchen commented on his post with a praying emoji. They divorced last year after 13 years of marriage, but remain on friendly terms.

Brady is a father of three kids, and in addition to Jack and Vivian, also has Benjamin, 13.

Last month, he was spotted with supermodel Irina Shayk.
