Sons Of Anarchy returned Tuesday following Lin (Kenneth Choi) and the Chinese's hit on Diosa that left everyone inside dead. SAMCRO, reeling from the mass murder, refuses to clue law enforcement and Jarry (Annabeth Gish) in on who was behind the slaughter.

Sons of Anarchy Recap

Now, Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and SAMCRO have an additional motivation to destroy the Chinese besides Tara’s death. It’s decided that they have to track down Desmond, the Barosky (Peter Weller) associate. The beat it out of him that he is the one who took Lin’s money and paved the way for Lin to get the Chinese’s guns back and kill West.

Jax also has to deal with Nero (Jimmy Smits), who is angry with him for not being up front about the war with the Chinese. Though Nero has nothing to do with it, his and his son’s life have been threatened by Lin. Once Jax explains that they're going after the Chinese because Lin had Tara killed, Nero shows him his full support. His first action on team Jax is to set up a fake meeting between Lin and Jax where the Chinese will get their heroin back and the chance to take out a number of SAMCRO members.

The meeting, according to plan, sees Lin’s men arrested by Barosky. Lin, meanwhile, takes a beating from Jax. Despite Lin’s insistence that he had nothing to do with Tara’s murder, Jax doesn’t let up. While Jax is still pounding Lin, Gemma (Katey Sagal) tells Unser (Dayton Callie) who tells Jarry that SAMCRO believes the Chinese killed Tara. As a result, a SWAT team heads towards the set-up meeting, forcing Jax to flee and leave Lin and his men to get arrested.

All this time, Juice (Theo Rossi) remains at the seedy motel, waiting for Gemma to pick him up and bring him to her father’s place. After learning about the Chinese attack on the Diosa, he starts to grow wary of the Chinese motel employee. Since Juice has overstayed his welcome and hasn’t answered the door, the employee uses master keys to get inside. A paranoid Juice peppers the man with bullets and waits for Gemma to arrive.

After Gemma gets to the hotel, she and Juice take off down the road, presumably heading towards her father’s place. When Juice falls asleep, Gemma begins to veer off course. Juice eventually awakes, noticing that they’re not going in the right direction. All of Gemma’s excuses ring false to Juice, who reaches for the gun in Gemma’s purse before she does. Juice points the gun at Gemma, who pleads for mercy, explaining that she feared he’d reveal her part in Tara’s death. He doesn’t shoot, yet.
