Shakira Says ‘No’ In Viktor & Rolf At Paris Fashion Week
Shakira attracted even more attention than usual at the Viktor and Rolf Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2023/2024 show.
The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer wore a white coat dress with the word “NO” in large letters taking up most of her upper front for Paris Fashion Week.
On social media, Shakira shared a video of herself wearing the dress and wrote in the caption, “Yes is overrated.”
The expressive dress is a gesture to Viktor and Rolf’s Fall 2008 show collection.
“We love fashion, but it’s going so fast,” the designers told Vogue. “We wanted to say ‘No’ this season.”

In line with her dress and Viktor and Rolf’s statement, it seems that Shakira is also saying no in this season of her life. In April, she said goodbye to Spain as she and her children moved elsewhere, months after her split with former soccer player ex-husband Gerard Piqué.
The former couple share two sons; Milan Piqué Mebarak, 10, and Sasha Piqué Mebarak, 8.
