Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards revealed that her current weight is 117 pounds after claiming that she weighed her heaviest on a trip to Italy in 2022 at 132 pounds.

Richards has committed to a new lifestyle routine of constant exercise with a protein-heavy diet including fish and grilled chicken as well as protein shakes and peanut butter and a personal trainer that keeps up an ever-changing work out routine.

She claims that she starts a new workout routine every week.

“You have to keep changing it constantly, otherwise the progress will halt,” she recently told Us.

Additionally, she has stated that she prefers to prepare her food at home because she knows exactly what is going into each dish.

The reality television star denies the use of weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic, but instead credits her journey to switching swapping alcohol for fitness.

Despite her recent separation from her former husband Mauricio Umansky, she claims that this body is meant to be an “I-feel-good body” as opposed to the “revenge body.”

Richards noted that she now prefers to do spin classes, hike, lift weights, run and hot yoga to clear her mind rather than drink.

In February, Richards talked to uInterview exclusively about her fitness routine.

“Every day after I drop my daughter off at school, I get right into the gym. I do a lot of cardio, a lot of weights and I make sure that everything I’m eating is healthy. And you know, I gave up alcohol almost seven months ago just as a health choice, and I’ve never felt better. I can see a difference in my eyes and my skin and my body – everything,” she said.

She elaborated that her friends often ask her when she’s going to start drinking again to which Richards responds: “I don’t know guys. I didn’t put a time on it, but I can just tell you I’ve never felt better, so I don’t know why I would start right now. But you never know. who knows?”
