It seems that Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, 40, is still up to her old tricks, having set up sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, 33, in what fans of the Bravo reality series are calling "Strippergate."
Giudice, along with her partner in crime, Kim DePaola, tried to make it look like Gorga was once a stripper at the Elizabeth, New Jersey Lookers Gentleman's Club, owned by Angelo Vrohidis, who admitted that Giudice and DePaola tried to get him in on the action by calling to people's attention at the Posche fashion that he knew Gorga.
"Kim and Teresa want to blow the whistle on her," he admitted, reports Examiner. "They had me do this thing, ya know … ' Melissa! Wow, I almost didn't recognize you. You look fabulous!"
Giudice later cornered Gorga, saying that Vrohidis revealed that she had once worked for him. "I never believed Melissa was a stripper, but it just seems like a coinkie-dink," Giudice cutely said. Gorga, on the other hand, maintained that she had never danced for Vrohidis, but had merely bartended at the venue — and only for a week.
Even housewife Jacqueline Laurita, who later slammed Giudice on her blog, received text messages about the plan to "out" Gorga as a stripper.
Giudice got into hot water with her brother, Joe Gorga — Melissa's husband — over the matter, too. "You are dead to me," he tweeted his sister after the fashion show.
