In a teaser for this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live with host Jonah Hill, comedian Pete Davidson jokingly mocked his failed engagement with Ariana Grande, and Grande didn’t find it funny.

During the promo, Davidson proposed to musical guest star, Maggie Rogers.

“Hey Maggie, I’m Pete. You wanna get married?” the 24-year-old comedian asked Rogers, which she quickly shot down. “0-3” Davidson then said aloud, referencing his past failed attempts at love.

Hours after the promo for Saturday’s upcoming episode was released, Davidson’s ex-fiancée, Grande, took a dig at Davidson on Twitter.

“For somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh,” the pop singer wrote and later deleted. Grande then responded to a fan who had also tweeted about the promo, “SNL is about to milk their breakup just like they did with the engagement,” the fan wrote. “thank u, next,” Grande wrote back and also deleted.

In October, Grande and Davidson ended their four-month engagement, which came a month after Grande’s ex-boyfriend Mac Miller died from an apparent overdose at 26. Miller’s death “put a tremendous amount of strain” on their relationship, a source revealed to Us Weekly.

Last week, a source told Us Weekly that the two currently aren’t on speaking terms and that Davidson had changed his number to “distance himself.”

“He [has] decided to focus on himself. He’s had the matching tattoo that he got with her changed,” the source said. Davidson has also covered up his Grande inspired ear tattoo, meanwhile on October 16, while filming NBC’s A Very Wicked Halloween, Grande covered up her ring finger tattoo of Davidson’s first name with a Band-Aid. Grande also revealed that she had covered up the matching tattoo that she and Davidson got together in June on her Instagram Story.
