Paul Walker Leaves Entire $25 Million Estate To Daughter Meadow Walker
Paul Walker’s will indicates that he left his $25 million estate to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow Walker.
Paul Walker Leaves Meadow Walker Fortune In Will
Walker, who died in a fiery car crash back in November, had his daughter living with him at the time of his death. She’d long been living with her mother, Rebecca Soteros, in Hawaii but moved in with her father in Southern California three years ago. In addition to naming her as his sole inheritor, he requested that his mother Cheryl Walker become her legal guardian, reported TMZ.
Although the guardianship clause within the will could be controversial – as Soteros is still alive and well in Hawaii – it could work out for the best. Meadow Walker, with her mother’s blessing, has decided to carry on living in So. Cal., which would make naming Cheryl Walker her guardian an obvious choice.
Paul Walker III, the late actor’s father, was named the executor of his son’s will. He has petitioned the court for his wife’s guardianship of Meadow Walker. Furthermore, Cheryl Walker stands to be the trustee of her son’s estate until Meadow Walker comes of age.
Paul Walker died on Nov. 30 when he was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT driven by his close friend and business partner Roger Rodas that crashed into a tree and a light pole, traveling at speeds around 100 mph. Rodas died in the crash as well.
