Meadow Walker, the only daughter of the renowned late actor Paul Walker, has formally filed for divorce from her husband, Louis Thornton-Allan. Legal documents revealed that Meadow initiated the dissolution of their marriage a mere two months after the couple publicly announced their separation on social media.

The couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony three years ago, with Vin Diesel, a close friend of Walker’s late father, walking her down the aisle. However, in December, Walker and Allan shared their mutual agreement to amicably part ways. They emphasized that the decision was united, appealed for privacy and assured that their love and respect for each other remained intact.

This development follows Walker’s revelation, nearly four years ago, of having undergone an abortion at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a social media post during that time, Meadow expressed her perspective on the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe V. Wade with the statement. “Today marks a huge setback in history – a profound injustice to women across the United States,” she wrote. “There are countless women who have struggled with making the decision to have an abortion. I too have battled with the choice but in 2020, when the world was collapsing during the pandemic, I sought an abortion.”

Walker went on, “I was lucky enough to have a great doctor who supported me through the debilitating process – with their help, I am able to be the happy and healthy person I am today.”

The model concluded, “Banning abortion doesn’t prevent abortions, it prevents safe abortions.”

In 2021, Walker made her Paris Fashion Week debut.
