Paris Hilton Responds To ‘Baby Bullies’ Insulting Her Infant’s Head Size: ‘He Has A Large Brain’

Paris Hilton responded to negative social media comments about the size of her baby son’s head.

In a TikTok video, Paris Hilton commented about the harsh backlash and made clear that her baby was fine.

“There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy,” she wrote. “And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”

Paris later took to Instagram stories to further defend her child. 

“Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable,” she said. “This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe.” 

“I’ve worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect and acceptance and expect the same in return,” she continued. “Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life. Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.”

Many of the negative comments directed at Hilton came from her sharing a photo of Phoenix during his first trip to New York City.

Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed their child Phoenix through surrogacy in January. 

Hilton was recently in the news for walking on the beach in Maui as the wildfires destroyed part of the island.
