Nikki Bella “Hopes” She’ll Get Back Together With John Cena

Despite calling it quits weeks before their wedding, both John Cena and Nikki Bella are hopeful about rekindling their relationship.

On Monday, Bella confessed that she has not completely given up on the idea of the two of them being together again. “John is such an amazing man. He really is the love of my life,” she told  Entertainment Tonight.

She believes that one day they will reconcile and be together again. “I truly hope one day that we can work it out and get back together,” she admited. “I think there is hope.”

Bella just wants both of them “to live the rest of our lives happy.” However right now she is focused on finding herself again. “Hopefully that’s together, maybe it’s not. But right now, I’m just focusing on me and healing me,” Bella said. “I think I kind of lost me and now I want to find me, so that’s my goal.”

Cena appeared on the Today Show and explained that this time apart has really shown how much he loves her. “It’s up and it’s down. It’s been incredibly reflective, which is amazing, but it’s very difficult. I had my heart broken out of nowhere—for me, it was out of nowhere. Anyone who has experienced that knows it comes with a series of bad feelings,” he said. “I still love Nicole. I would love to marry Nicole. I still would love to have a family with Nicole. It was an unfortunate set of circumstances where our relationship ended.”

Cena still hopes that one day the two of them can raise a family together. “I love her. I want to be with her. I want to make her my wife. I want to be the father of her children,” Cena said.
