Sixteen-time wrestling champion John Cena revealed his feminine side as he talked about Barbie dressed as a “merman.”

Sitting in an office, Cena was interviewed wearing a long, wavy blonde wig with an aqua shell necklace and what looks to be the top of a mermaid tail — a stark contrast to his usual wardrobe, which usually consists of a muscle shirt and cargo shorts.

Cena, who stars in Barbie as one of the Kens in Barbie Land, told Entertainment Tonight that he was “blown away with the concept” and thinks that the hit movie will be one that audiences enjoy and will “evoke conversation.”

“I think the audience will walk away with a mixed bag of opinions, which I think is the greatest form of entertainment when you have one universal feel about a project,” Cena added. “It’s not that it’s bad but I think when people can get into a fiery debate about something, I think that’s good. I like that versatility, I guess.”

Barbie was the highest-grossing film of the year in its first weekend.

While there has been some debate about the film’s perspective, director Greta Gerwig has been adamant the movie is feminist.

Margot Robbie, who plays the main Barbie, agreed strongly with Gerwig.

“To me, that’s like one slice of the pie,” Robbie told ABC News. “It’s a big slice, but I also wouldn’t call it a funny film because that discredits the fact that it’s got a lot of heart, and it’s got a lot of emotion, and it’s got a lot of movie references, you know, all this kind of stuff.”

The other Ken’s include Simu Liu, Kinglsey Ben-Adir, Ncuti Gatwa and Scott Evans.
