Melania Trump Releases $245 Mother’s Day Necklaces

Former First Lady Melania Trump launched a new necklace priced at $245 for Mother’s Day. The necklace, for sale on her website, features a gold three-petal floral pendant with the words “love & gratitude” engraved. Each necklace also has Melania’s signature on the back. The necklaces are advertised as “customizable.” Customers can choose to have their own words engraved on the pendant. 

“Being a mother is one of the most important roles in life. For this Mother’s Day, I have designed the ‘Her Love & Gratitude’ necklace to express immense gratitude and honor all mothers,” Melania said on Sunday, the day of the necklace’s release.

The necklace launch came one day before opening statements in her husband, Donald Trump’s hush money trial involving former adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Melania has also been largely absent from Trump’s campaign trail. Since her mother’s passing in January, Melania has stayed away from the public.

Melania’s absence from the campaign trail has sparked much speculation about the status of their marriage. 

In February, she showed affection to Trump at a gala in Mar-a-Lago. Melania also recently announced plans to host a fundraiser for Log Cabin Republicans, a conservative LGBT organization.
