Lea Michele, 26, doesn't have to act too hard when it comes to her character Rachel's feelings for her onscreen Glee costar and romantic interest, Finn, played by Cory Monteith, 30, because the fictional lovebirds also have something going on behind the scenes.

While the two are publically affectionate enough to make it look like they always think the cameras are rolling, Michele says it's just because they enjoy getting as much of each other's company as possible, reports People.

"I love working with Cory, I always have," said Michele at the Glee season four red carpet premiere this week at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. "He really, really inspires me, and he motivates me and I think he's just so talented."

Monteith couldn't make it to the premiere, but with the amount Michele talked about him, it's like he was there in spirit. "I'm so happy," she said.

Though Monteith will also be missing from the next few episodes of Glee, stay tuned — Michele insists that his return from the brief hiatus is well worth the wait.
