Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her first child with husband Travis Barker, Rocky Thirteen Barker, on Saturday.

Kardashian, 44, and Barker, 47, revealed they had a child on the way in June when Kardashian recreated a sign from Blink-182’s “All The Small Things” music video.

At a concert in Los Angeles, Kardashian held up a sign in the crowd that read, “Travis I’m pregnant.” In a video of the moment shared on Instagram, the shocked drummer leaves the stage to embrace his wife.

In September, Blink-182 announced they had to postpone several concert dates due to an “urgent family matter.” Days later, Kardashian revealed that she had to undergo emergency fetal surgery.

She posted a black and white photo of her and Barker’s hands on Instagram.

“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life… I am eternally grateful to my husband, who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock,” she said. “And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this… I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”

Barker wrote on X, “God is great… I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support.”

Kardashian and Barker were married in 2022 and have spoken openly about their plans for children on episodes of The Kardashians.

The couple already parents six children: Kardashian shares Mason Dash, 13, Penelope Scotland, 11, and Reign Aston, 8, with her ex Scott Disick, and Barker has Landon, 20, Alabama, 17, and his step-daughter Ariana De La Hoya, 24, from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler

Barker took to Instagram to put a photo on his story, his feet positioned under a simple black heart drawn on the sidewalk.

In 2008, Kardashian spoke exclusively to uInterview about the biggest misconceptions about her.

“A lot of people think I’m really quiet. I’m totally not at all. People maybe think I’m bitchy or standoff-ish because they think I’m quiet. I don’t know – sometimes when there’s a camera in your face then maybe I’m a little more quiet than Khloe or my mom is,” Kardashian said. “I [also] think that people who don’t watch us, but see us in magazines, think that we don’t work and that we are girls who just have it easy and don’t do anything. We actually do work, we are very hard-working girls.”
