Kourtney Kardashian Blasted For Leaving Ex Scott Disick Out Of Father’s Day Post

Kourtney Kardashian faced social media backlash after she failed to mention her ex, Scott Disick when posting a Father’s Day tribute to her husband Travis Barker on Sunday.

On Instagram, the 45-year-old reality star shared multiple photos of Barker, 48, holding their 7-month-old son, Rocket. In the caption, Kardashian gushed about the Blink-182 drummer being a great dad to their baby.

“Beyond grateful for the Dad that you are to our baby boy and all our kids. You keep us safe and protected and care for us,” Kardashian wrote. “Having a family with you is heaven. Happy to celebrate you!”

While Kardashian shares three other children—Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9—with her former partner of nine years, Disick, she did not mention the 41-year-old father in the post.

Many of Kardashian’s millions of followers quickly slammed the Poosh founder for not acknowledging Disick, the father of three-quarters of her children.

One fan wrote: “Crazy how you separated your kids in the wording. What about Scott?”

Some pointed out that Kardashian only included photos of her youngest child with Barker and not her other kids.

There were allegations in 2015 that Disick had been unfaithful to Kardashian during their relationship. One user came to Kardashian’s defense, writing that she doesn’t need to talk about her ex if she doesn’t want to, given how he “humiliated” her.

Kardashian married Baker in 2022.

While Disick was not mentioned, Barker expressed his love for his new family with Kardashian, replying, “Our life is heaven, I love you” with heart emojis.

Barker also has three children from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler – stepdaughter Atiana, 25, son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18.

This is not the first time a Kardashian has been called out over a family social media post. Last year, fans dragged Khloe Kardashian for seemingly excluding her ex, Tristan Thompson, in a birthday tribute to their daughter, True.

In 2008, Kardashian spoke to uInterview exclusively about the biggest misconceptions about her.

“A lot people think I’m really quiet,” she said. ” I’m totally not at all. People maybe think I’m bitchy or standoff-ish because they think I’m quiet. I don’t know – sometimes, when there’s a camera in your face, then maybe I’m a little more quiet than Khole or my mom is. I think that people who don’t watch us but see us in magazines think that we don’t work and that we are girls who just have it easy and don’t do anything. We actually do work; we are very hard-working girls.
