Kim Kardashian42, opened up to Jay Shetty about her experiences in parenting and said that she “cries herself to sleep,” in an episode of On Purpose With Jay Shetty.

In a teaser for a new episode, Kardashian, wearing her iconic black turtle neck, told Shetty what her vision was when she thought about what parenting would be like in comparison to what it actually is.

“Everyone says the days are long and the years are short,” Kardashian began her reply. She went on to share that it’s “full madness” with her kids but that it’s the “best chaos.”

To prepare for the “two hours of craziness,” Kardashian said that her morning workout is a must. But even though the second oldest Kardashian sister prepares herself for the daily chaos, she also said that parents “are never prepared.”
