Looks like those Gosselin kids won’t have to cry about missing the cameras anymore. With the astronomical ratings Kate Gosselin has brought Dancing With The Stars, TLC has announced that it will be going forward with a new show about the octomom aptly titled Twist of Kate this summer.

The show will be a departure from the usual Gosselin household fodder as it centers more around Kate herself as she travels the country meeting families facing challenges at work and home. According to a TLC statement the show will have a "walk a mile in their shoes" sort of flavor, getting Gosselin to "roll up her sleeves and see what she can do to help."

Gosselin will also star in number of Kate Plus 8 specials about her hectic home life. DWTS has seen ratings skyrocket since Gosselin joined the cast. The show finished the week of March 29 with enough viewers to become the first regular TV series to beat both editions of American Idol in five years. It was also the first time in DWTS history that the show was the most watched TV series of the week. –JOE GALBO
