Hilary Swank, 48, Welcomes Twins With Husband Philip Schneider

Academy Award-winning actress Hilary Swank confirmed on her social media that she has welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, with her husband of five years, Philip Schneider.

The Million Dollar Baby actress took to Instagram on Sunday to share the great news with her followers and to wish them a happy Easter by posting a photo of herself standing in front of a sunset as she held her two small infants. “It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. 👼🏼🤍👼🏼 Happy Easter! 🐣🐣 Posting from pure Heaven. 🙌🏽” she captioned the post.

The mom of two is yet to share the names of her newborns but has been very open about her excitement for motherhood. Swank, 48, had first confirmed her pregnancy in the winter on GMA, whereshe explained she had been looking forward to sharing the good news because it was “something that I’ve been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom,” Swank said.

Swank appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show shortly after, where she revealed that the babies were initially due on her father’s birthday, who had passed away in October 2021. The revelation left Drew Barrymore speechless, who called Swank’s pregnancy “a miracle.”
