While Alana Thompson / Honey Boo Boo's seventh birthday was one topic of Wednesday night's installment of TLC's Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, the series that shockingly became more of a flagship for the network than even the Toddlers and Tiaras that spawned it, Mama June Shannon predictably and inadvertently upstaged her beauty pageant-obsessed daughter with BINGO and bad eyesight.

But before that, Honey Boo Boo went shopping with Miss Georgia 2011 winner Michaela Lackey, who held her tongue for most of the outing and the lunch that followed, except to tell her younger counterpart that her messy eating was "not cute" and to address the problem politely with the TLC cameras, reports Access Atlanta. "Alana's manners, they could be worked on." Lackey was also marginally taken aback when Boo Boo revealed that she had farted at the table, leading Boo Boo to later reflect on the problem: "She's very pretty and I don't think she farts," she said of Miss Georgia.

But what kind of shenanigans did Mama June get into? Not only did she lose at BINGO — a major downer since the family was relying on that grand for Boo Boo's big upcoming pageant — due to the fact that her eyesight is so bad and she can't read the board, but she tried to save money by doing Honey Boo Boo's makeup herself. Again, bad eyesight thwarted Mama's most earnest efforts.

The result was a makeup job that Honey Boo Boo articulately called "super not-that-awesome," clearly wanting to be euphemistic about her mother's performance. "I'm gonna look like I just got off the street walking," Alana declared.
