Euphoria star Jacob Elordi claims to be the victim of a stalker and went to court Monday to file for a restraining order against the man.

His alleged stalker is 61-year-old Robert Dennis Furo, a male fan with a criminal history who has repeatedly shown up at Elordi’s property with unsolicited gifts. Elordi has asked the Furo to leave him alone, but his visits have persisted.

Elordi cites the first incident as occurring on February 5, when he returned to his home in Hollywood to find a basket of pastries on the street side of his front gate. He threw the pastries away but a few minutes later saw and heard Furo outside his gate, screaming his name and professing his love. He said Furo said he was “happy to see his stupid ugly face.”

Jacob told the man to leave and got his license plate as he drove away. A few weeks later he returned home to find flowers, a handwritten note and candy in his backyard from Furo.

Elordi’s security footage shows Furo entering his backyard three times over the course of 30 minutes.

The note read: “Jacob, I wanted to apologize for 3 sat. ago. Was hoping to catch you in. Wanted you to tell me if you have been sending. I found you on a beautiful Saturday afternoon quite organically without address without getting lost like this time. Would it be possible if you could call. My hands are shaking.”

Furo is allegedly the same man who broke into Nicolas Cage‘s home in 2007, waking the actor up wearing nothing but one of Cage’s leather coats.

The judge signed off on a temporary restraining order, saying Furo needs to stay 100 yards away from the actor, his car, his house and his place of work.
