Dylan Adams has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping in the death of Holly Bobo.

Dylan Adams Charged With Kidnapping, Rape, Murder Of Holly Bobo

Bobo went missing in April of 2011 and was last seen by her brother walking in the woods behind her Tennessee home with an unidentified man. The Bobo family held out hope that the missing nursing student would be found alive, but those hopes were dashed in 2014 when hunters discovered partial remains positively identified as Bobo’s.

Before the remains were discovered, authorities had already been investigating the case as a murder, arresting Zachary Adams and Jason Wayne Autry for charges of kidnapping and murder as well as brothers Jeffrey Pearcy and Mark Pearcy, who were charged with tampering with evidence.

Dylan Adams, Zachary Adams’ younger brother, was indicted for first-degree murder, especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape by a grand jury on Tuesday, May 19. Authorities believe the three men, Dylan Adams, Zachary Adams and Jason Autry, kidnapped Bobo with some sort of weapon and caused her bodily injury.

All three face first-degree murder charges as well as aggravated rape charges – Dylan faces three aggravated rape charges: aggravated rape with a deadly weapon, aggravated rape with serious bodily injury and aggravated rape with one or more persons.
