Drake greeted his friend and #0 of the Boston Celtics, Jayson Tatum, after the Celtics won their match against the Toronto Raptors on Friday at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

The two men caught up after Drake gave some commentary throughout the match. He was asked to join the broadcast booth during the game, where he compared the Celtics’ guard Payton Pritchard to a “crypto scammer.”

“I feel like I’m in a time-lapse right now. First of all, this guy’s not [former Raptors coach] Nick Nurse. I haven’t been here in a while,” Drake said. “I don’t know where we’re at. The court is a completely different color. Payton Pritchard’s out there looking like a crypto scammer. This is crazy. What’s going on, boys?”

The TSN broadcast team found Drake’s comments hilarious as they couldn’t keep in their laughter.

Pritchard later remarked on Instagram writing, “I do got some btc for ya @champagnepapi.”

Although Drake is not a Celtics fan, as he has been the official global ambassador for the Toronto Raptors since 2013, he and Tatum are still friends. He even brought the basketball player out to his Boston show in July. Drake walked with Tatum down to the stage while greeting cheering fans in a video that went viral.

On the same day, Drake also released his new album, For All the Dogs Scary Hours Edition, which is a part of his series Scary Hours. He also announced that he is adding ten more dates to his upcoming It’s All A Blur Tour – Big As The What? with J. Cole
