The second episode of this season of Couples Therapy dove right into each couple’s deepest secrets during their first counseling sessions and saw Farrah Abraham and Taylor Armstrong butt heads.

In their first counseling sessions with Dr. Jenn Berman, Dr. Jenn asks the couples to discuss their past relationships. Kelsey Nykole and Ghost fight during counseling when Kelsey reveals she used to work as a stripper following an abusive relationship with her alcoholic ex. Ghost can’t take it and later admits that he fears people judging him because of her past. He also speaks to Dr. Jenn about the constant fear that women only want to be with him for fame and money, making it extremely difficult for him to trust women.

Farrah had a particularly interesting therapy session with Dr. Jenn. First, in the group, Farrah tearfully revealed that when she got pregnant as a teenager, she went to her mother to ask for permission to get a pill that would cause a miscarriage. Farrah claims that her mother told her that they were Christian, and she would not sign a permission slip allowing Farrah to get the medication she wanted. Farrah insisted that she knows now that her mother was right, but the revelation startles the other women in the house, who look at her with empathy.

Then, in a one-on-one session with Dr. Jenn, Farrah is pressed about her “relationship” with porn star James Deen, which resulted in Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom. Farrah still insists that she was in a romantic relationship with Deen and that the video was an innocent sex tape, never meant to be sold. Deen denied that the two were ever involved in a relationship, and it was simply a business deal. (Incidentally, the porn video earned Farrah a reported $1.5 million at least.)Get More:

In the clip from her therapy session with Dr. Jenn, Farrah insists that Deen is a vindictive ex who sole a fake story to the tabloids. Fans of the show will remember that Farrah, the only single person in Couples Therapy, claims her most recent ex, Brian Dawe, who had agreed to be on the reality show with her, dumped her just before filming began. Dawe has also denied ever being in a romantic relationship with Farrah.

After the tough therapy sessions, the entire group went out to dinner for some fun, but the evening quickly disintegrated into a Taylor vs. Farrah battle.

Taylor was offended when Farrah ordered her food while the others were still ordering their drinks and laughed off Farrah’s ambitious career aspirations. For example, Taylor found it absolutely ridiculous, as did many housemates, that Farrah plans on writing a trilogy of books, the first of which would be a book about Christianity and the second about sex.

The house seems divided on their opinions about Farrah, but most seem entertained by her. Later that night, after everyone returns home, Taylor has a major breakdown, disrupting everyone in the house. Kelsey, who steps out of the shower to sounds of Taylor screaming about the heat in her room, and most of the other residents simply scamper off and try to get out of Taylor’s way. They all think she’s had too much to drink and lost it.

Taylor grabs her fiancé and complains that the heat in their room is constantly turned on, and she can’t deal with the heat. She then bashes all of their accommodations and yells at employees of the show. Taylor becomes increasingly out of control, pushing cameras and threatening to leave the show completely.

After the episode aired Thursday night, Taylor took to Twitter to defend her behavior, saying that she was under a lot of stress that day and blames VH1 for editing her personal hardships out.

Couples Therapy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on VH1.

Taylor's response is pathetic but predictable.
