Everybody is over the moon about Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez‘s engagement — including former President Barack Obama.
On Friday, Rodriguez shared an intimate note of congratulations from none other than the 44th president of the U.S. and the former First Lady Michelle Obama.
“Michelle and I just wanted to congratulate you on your engagement,” the handwritten letter read. The former commander in chief went on to share a piece of advice with the couple, writing, “After 26 years together, we can say that whatever challenges life may bring, sharing them with someone you love makes it all better. All the best, Barack Obama.”
